Kimberly Marshall

My name is Kimberly Marshall and I am an experienced Realtor here in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro-Plex. I have lived in the area since 2003 and it has now become home to me and my beautiful daughter. Over the years I have enjoyed watching the city change and grow as the smaller cities expand into beautiful communities. The one perfect thing about serving a big metropolitan area is that no matter what area you would like to call home, there is a little something for everyone. The beautiful selection of homes provided within the surrounding cities makes it hard to make a final decision but easy to find somewhere to live and grow.
As a dynamic real estate agent, it is my responsibility not only to help clients buy and sell property, it is also my fiduciary duty to help them understand the importance of their purchase. My ultimate goal to ensure that clients understand the current real estate market in which they are participating in and to make sure they are fully satisfied with the service received from beginning to end of their transaction. In my practice as an agent, I am known for my excellent customer service, consistent and effective communication, extensive knowledge of the market and for my strong attention to details within the complexity of real estate transactions. I go above and beyond for all of my clients as well as, all individuals involved to ensure an amazing customer experience has been provided.
