Kimberly is an experienced and knowledgeable Realtor who is committed to the highest levels of client service before, during, and after a real estate transaction. As a Rehoboth Beach/Lewes native, she knows the beach area and its real estate, and combines that with her broad background in design, architecture, construction and sales to help make clients’ dreams come true.
Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design & Space Planning from Hood College in Frederick, MD and has an extensive background in project management, which has reinforced her admirable organizational and planning skills. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in 2000, she was a Sales & Marketing Representative of high-end architectural products in the Washington DC/VA/MD area for over 8 years.
Capitalizing on her diverse marketing experience and intuitive creativity, she has helped numerous buyers and sellers accomplish their goals. Kimberly specializes in all resort property, with a strong presence in the areas of Rehoboth Beach, Henlopen Acres, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, and Lewes. In her free time, she is an avid equestrian and accomplished photographer, exploring different photo techniques to capture beautiful images. Her little Yorkie, Sadie, is a frequent companion on walks in the neighborhood, on the beach and while spending time with her nieces and nephews.
