A lifelong resident of the Athens-Clarke and Oconee areas, Kimberly graduated from Clarke Central High School in 1982 and attended the University of Georgia/Terry College of Business during the heyday of the Athens music scene in the 1980’s. She has witnessed the exponential growth of the Athens-Clarke/Oconee communities and has gained valuable knowledge of investment and commercial real estate markets in the area.
Kimberly obtained her real estate license in 1999 and was awarded the New Face of the Year Award by the Athens Association of Realtors in 2000. In 2004, she obtained her Real Estate Broker’s license in the State of Georgia as well as completing the curriculum and a portfolio of commercial real estate transactions to attain her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Her specialties include commercial/industrial/retail properties for sale or purchase, land for development, income and investment properties, multi-family and investment properties, land for development for purchase or sale, 1031 Exchanges, investment property analysis, site selection and other related commercial real estate transactions.
With over 20 years of customer service in residential and commercial real estate sales experience, Kimberly communicates and works with her Buyers and Sellers to help them achieve their goals.
