About Kimberly

Kim McAlister is a fourth-generation Solano County resident who knows first-hand what makes Northern California a desirable area to call home. Working in real estate since 2005, Kim, an award- winning top producer, has earned both her Senior Real Estate Professional and Military Relocation Professional Certificates. As a former court reporter, Kim understands that attention to detail is paramount in drawing up offers and inking contracts. From coaching clients through Zoom meetings and virtual home tours to helping them complete documents with DocuSign®, Kim is there for her clients through every step of the transaction. Kim understands relocation and often works with military families who transfer to Travis Air Force Base. Kim says, “I love educating buyers on all the area has to offer.”

Kim learned the business from Vera McAlister who was Solano County’s leading woman real estate broker for five decades. Showcasing properties with an expertise in home staging helps Kim’s sellers consistently receive top dollar. It’s not surprising that many of Kim's client base are referrals.

Kim is very family-oriented and proud of her husband’s career in the fire service. Together they’ve raised three children and have five grandchildren, all of whom who live close by. Kim volunteered for years in her children's schools, fundraisers, and sporting events and she’s also spent time assisting her community through service clubs.
