About Kimberly Meyers

Aside from a two-year stint in The Woodlands, Texas to launch her Real Estate career, Kimberly Lafleur is a life-long area resident, and staunch believer in the old adage, “There’s no place like home.” In this case, home for Kimberly and her husband Ross is a historic Acadian style home built in the early 1800’s where they often enjoy spending time sitting together on the classic front porch. Home is where her husband is, her family is near and her clients are dear.

Out the gate in 2013, Kimberly’s career was a tremendous success setting franchise records with her previous company. She was an integral part of getting expatriate families settled that were a part of the relocation of Exxon’s World Headquarters into her market. A valuable asset to the Relocation Department of the company, Kimberly is familiar with the challenges and timelines of getting families settled into their new destination. Moving in, moving out, moving up or moving down are her favorite places to move her clients.

Kimberly joined Teresa Hamilton & Team in January of 2017 in part due to the vibrant, collaborative team atmosphere. The team’s values align with her dedication not only to the best interests of their clients, but to the personal as well as professional growth of the team members. Friends and family would say it’s Kimberly’s ability to listen and plan ahead that has best prepared her to support her team and help fulfill clients’ home-ownership dreams. Kimberly would tell you those skills come easy when you care deeply about what you do and those around you. Kimberly was named Owner of Teresa Hamilton & Team in 2023, then rebranded to The Lafleur Group in 2025.

Kimberly graduated from LSU in 2008 with a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Movement Science. Upon returning home from The Woodlands, she and her husband were married in April 2016. In her spare time, you can find her with her husband in the aisles of local supermarkets making sure their favorite family roux is forward facing for the best sales!
