In the Summer of 2001, Kim's family relocated to Portland. They came here for the Portland experience. The neighborhoods, the natural beauty and the people. Kim would like to say they found their place immediately and it was an easy transition. It was not. Kim did not find a realtor who listened to her, to her housing needs, the style of life she wanted, what her future plans and financial goals were. It took a few houses and neighborhoods to find her place.
21 years later and with 17 years of real estate experience, Kim knows that no one she has worked with, buyers, sellers or renters, would ever say they had an experience like that with her.
It is Kim's promise to everyone she works with that she is here to help them achieve their housing dreams and financial goals. She is their advocate and guide.
