Kim was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was kind, thoughtful, patient, and truly understanding of my situation. She took the time to carefully explain everything she knew about the home and the information provided by the previous owners before I made an offer. Her professionalism and compassion stood out.

I have been searching in the $1M range and, being a cash buyer, the process has been surprisingly difficult with some other realtors I’ve met. Kim was the complete opposite—she made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She was amazing to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
