Kimberly Neff

Kim prides herself on being the best at listening, understanding and helping clients with all their real estate needs. Kim was born and raised in Chantilly, VA where she has watched the area grow and change tremendously over the years. Kim received a degree in Marketing in 2002 while working full-time as an apartment leasing agent. Kim was the top leasing agent while she was there. It was then that Kim knew she was destined for a real estate career when she realized she loved working with people, problem solving and contracts. Kim received her real estate license later in 2002.

Since then, Kim has earned her Brokers License in 2016 and managed the Centreville AveryHess Realtors for 7+ years. She received the Distinguished Service Award in 2020 and the Presidential Inspiration Award in 2023. Kim has volunteered her time to serve on the NVAR Grievance Committee and Forms Committee.

It’s Kim’s attention to detail and strong negoation skills that has brought her numerous repeat business as well as referrals. Kim has helped all sorts of clients achieve their real estate goals over the years: first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizing, active adult communities, divorcing couples, investors, land and multi-family units.

When Kim is not selling real estate, she enjoys walking her dog, going to wineries/ breweries, camping and she loves to travel!
