I don't usually write reviews but this I feel she deserve. Hands down, great customer service! She always make sure we are informed, updated and aware of our sale transaction. She is always looking out what's best for us. She continues to expand her listings to find the best buyers for our place. I never had to worry or stress about anything. Great job and excellent work!

I had a great experience house hunting with Kimberly. Kimberly was very professional and listened to all the criteria we were looking for in a home. She was very patient with us as we took our time in searching for the perfect home. Additionally as first time buyers we were constantly asking her questions, which Kimberly was always available to answer or research. Kimberly was able to find us our dream home and negotiated an AMAZING deal for us as first time buyers.

Fast forward a few years and we decided to use Kimberly's services again to refinance our home. Not only did she lower our monthly payments, but she found us a lower interest rate that we are benefiting from to this date. Again she did an amazing job at getting us through the refinance process, answering all the questions we had and walking us through the process.

I will be using Kimberly's services again for any future home sales, purchases or refinancing. I would highly recommend Kimberly to anyone looking to buy, sell or refinance their home.

I am highly satisfied with my choice of realtor. They were able to help prepare my house to be sold through staging and other affects that made the house more appealing to buyers. Their knowledge and expertise helped maximize the amount I was offered for my house making a bigger gain overall for profit on the house. They easily communicated and were available every step of the way for questions. I would easily use them for all future real estate needs.

Ms. Nguyen is an agent with outstanding knowledge of Orange County and the surrounding areas. She is truly a professional in every sense and very well versed in real estate laws, given that she holds a law degree. She was able to work with me and my boyfriend in finding the perfect home that was well in our budget. She continuously sent us availabilities in the market that not only suited us and our needs at the time but she followed up every step of the way throughout the entire process. She made sure we understood the contracts that we signed and did not rush us through the very stressful time. I highly recommend Ms. Nguyen to anyone who may be in the market to buy and/or sale.
