Kimberly was with us every step of the way, a wonderful sounding board and fantastic resource of local knowledge since we were also new to the area. She was always available for questions, connected us with her contacts for everything from insurance to handymen. And she was on top of it with the quick timelines, always wrangling the various parties to make sure we had everything we needed to feel confident about making an offer. I appreciated her positive attitude throughout the process.

Kimberly is an amazing person to walk through the process of buying my dream home in Santa Cruz. I was actually dreading the process of buying a house, but my friend spoke highly of Kimberly and I have to say, she was great. I never felt pressured by Kimberly and she always listened to what I wanted and answered questions that I had. She was very understanding and supportive. When I would get stressed trying to decide what I wanted, she never got frustrated with me (at least that I knew of... :-) ), but instead told me that it should not be stressful. Of course there is always an element of buying a new home that is stressful, but buying the right home is not a stressor and Kimberly helped with that. And buying a home during a pandemic does add another challenge, but Kimberly managed it all gracefully. She was supportive from the minute we started talking until now two months after I've been in my new home. I consider her a friend and would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

We started working with Kim in the summer of 2018 when we made plans to move from San Francisco to Santa Cruz. Because of the competitive market, we began touring homes before moving so we could take our time finding a first home that was a great fit. Kim checked-in with us often, was always available, consistently had properties for us to view, and was always on time to meet us. When we found homes that peaked our interest, she connected us with contractors and professionals that could help us make informed decisions. Then, once we found a home that we were excited about, Kim helped us through the entire process from offer to close, ensuring that we were able to meet the demanding schedule for an accelerated closing date. She didn’t miss a beat, lining up home inspections and working with our lending bank to ensure the process was smooth. After closing, she even helped us sort out a minor hiccup with the company that changed our door locks. She continues to stay in contact, even months after the sale, which we really appreciate as first-time home buyers.

We were first drawn to Kim because of her substantial local network. Soon we realized she was personally invested in making our house sell quickly. She is an expert 'stager' and a delight to work with and made things very easy for us. Of all the choices and decisions we had to make while selling our home of 30 years, having Kim in charge was by far the best thing we could have done.
