Hi! I’m Kim Petschke, a Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty. As an agent, I pride myself on being kind, loyal, and honest with everyone that I work with. When I was just 7 years old I moved with my family from West Hartford, CT to Freeport Pa. I have lived in the Alle-Kiski area for over 30 years and I am currently living in New Kensington. Before real estate, I cultivated a strong background in customer service with over 15 years of experience bartending throughout our local area. Through these years, I’ve learned to communicate well, have strong attention to detail, and I’m always compassionate to my customers' needs. I look forward to bringing these skills into every client relationship that I have.

I’m also a proud mother to my one and only daughter, Madilyn. She has always been my inspiration and she is the reason I have always worked hard. We learn important life lessons when we give ourselves over to hard work and I want her to learn these as well as myself throughout this entrepreneurial path.
