Kim was absolutely amazing. I had a less than desirable experience with my previous realtor where I had to basically do all of the work myself, so when I met Kim I was trying to do the same, but she reassured me that she was here to help and she did!! She was so proactive and communicative, always picked up the phone, always had an answer or would go find one for me if she didn’t. She was on top of everything even more than me. Really put my anxious mind at ease through what is a very stressful process. Navigating NACA’s mortgage program was atrocious but I can only imagine how much worse it would have been if I hadn’t have had Kim on my side making sure everything was done correctly. Highly highly recommend!

Mrs Kim, was referred to me by a good friend.
She’s not your normal realtor might i add. From day one she showed, consistency, knowledge and expertise. She spent numerous of days with me going from home to home to find the perfect home. She worked sun up to sun down to accommodate my family and I needs. With several obstacles thrown my way, Kim had a plan to overcome every one. The thing that touched me the most was i was informed my price would be a little different than planned. Ms. Kim was awesome and completely made us feel like family during our process. From the beginning, to her setting up walkthroughs, til her seeing us to then end; she’s amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a house, as she made the process completely easy. She professional and had tremendous communication skills. She even called on days just to see how our day was going, which goes a long way if you’re have a rough day. She completely showed she cared about us and I loved that about her!!!!
