Kimberly is an absolute peach! We are moving from SC to Indiana to get away from nine months of summer. A friend living near Indy referred us to Kim and our contacting her was the smartest thing we did to find a house.

Kim was kind enough to do a video chat tour of a house we were interested in (and what an overpriced rat-trap of a nightmare it was. I feel guilty now for causing her to spend time at that.... house.) A few days later we were in Indiana and she took us on a whirlwind tour of the state looking at houses on our list. We finally found one we loved and then she went to work.

Kim kept us in the loop at every step, answering questions quickly and clearly. Most of our communication was via text, which gave us time to discuss answers before we replied, something that can be awkward with phone calls.

She must have been born to do this work as she seems like a fish in the water when in comes to real estate and dealing with people. She is attentive to a fault, even answering a question at 10pm when we thought surely she'd answer it the next day.

She handled the remaining details before the closing and remains in contact with us with a delightful monthly newsletter with events and goings-on in Indiana, something incredibly useful to us transplants to this delightful state.

The woman is amazing and I wholeheartedly recommend her if you're looking for a house in Indiana.
