I have know Kim Razzano as a very qualified, expert realtor since March 2010. She took on the sale of our co-owned home that required a partition in the courts to sell and divide the proceeds. She has seen us through some very difficult times. As of next week we will go to settlement for which I have Kim to thank. She has kept us informed throughout this ordeal and gave us some good advise. My daughter is using her as her realtor based upon what she has done. Kim has my endorsement a hundred fold! Not many realtors would give the 110% as Kim does. Selecting a realtor is important. You want someone that knows their stuff, is trustworthy, forthcoming, and works with you. Her energy and enthusiasm is amazing and she is down to earth. She started off as our realtor but has become our friend because of the bond in seeing this difficult sale through. Anyone using Kim as a realtor will not be disappointed.
