Kim Reidy
Director of Relocation | Senior Broker
Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) | Certified Buyer Agent Expert (CBAE)
Kim Reidy moved to Seattle in the fall of 1999 from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, bringing with her a deep appreciation for service, relationships, and community. She began her career in Seattle’s restaurant industry, quickly rising into management roles, earning her first-level sommelier certification, and leading teams in fast-paced, high-expectation environments—an early foundation for the client-first approach she brings to real estate today.
In 2010, Kim transitioned into real estate, joining Pointe3 Real Estate and Seattle Rental Group as a Relocation Agent. Her ability to guide clients through complex decisions, paired with her operational expertise, propelled her into leadership. Today, as Director of Relocation, Kim runs the rental-finding division of the business and oversees the full relocation team, coordinating daily with major corporations, top relocation firms, and clients moving to Seattle from around the world.
As a Senior Broker, Kim also mentors new agents at Pointe3, providing guidance on transaction compliance, negotiation strategy, and winning competitive offers. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Buyer Agent Expert (CBAE)—designations that reflect her commitment to mastery, strategy, and client advocacy in one of the country’s most competitive markets.
Kim has been recognized as a Seattle Five Star Real Estate Agent several times and has earned over 75 five-star Google reviews, a testament to her consistency, professionalism, and trusted reputation. Clients frequently describe her as calm under pressure, deeply knowledgeable, and fiercely committed to protecting their interests.
Known locally as a “neighborhood whisperer,” Kim pairs market expertise with a nuanced understanding of Seattle’s distinct communities, helping buyers find not just the right home, but the right lifestyle. She is equally skilled at helping sellers maximize value through strategic pricing, thoughtful preparation, and precise marketing—leveraging her unique insight into corporate relocation trends to position homes effectively.
Above all, Kim believes exceptional real estate service is personal. She takes the time to understand her clients’ goals, concerns, and long-term vision, striving to be not just a broker, but a trusted advisor throughout every stage of the process.
Outside of real estate, Kim enjoys Seattle’s live music scene, exploring new restaurants, and spending time in the city’s museums—continuing her lifelong love of culture, community, and great experiences.
