Kim is fantastic! Our latest purchase of a home was our second with Kim. Working with Kim means you are working with a network of professionals that she can call upon to overcome any obstacles that might arise. Buying or selling a home can cause people to have anxiety. Her expertise and years of experience make the process as smooth and angst free as possible. We trust Kim as our advocate during a real estate deal and will use her services in the future.

Kim helped me buy a condo in DC during a buyers market. She got it for a great price. She is also good at explaining which properties are liabilities and which are nicer than average. She knows a lot about the neighborhood and New developments. Overall, I think she has many of the qualities of a great realtor!

We worked with Kim to buy our first home in DC NW this summer. She is incredibly proactive, responsive, thorough, and conscientious. She has a great memory for what you like and don't like and quickly adapts her listings. Kim is aware that it's a hot market and was aggressive in showing us homes. And while she was eager to place us in a home, she never tried to talk us into anything that didn't feel 100% right for us. I forget how I met Kim , but someone recommended her and I had a rental to sell . The rental was not in great shape due to renters and that did not bother her.. She got me the best quotes followed up and made sure everything was the way it should be before I paid them. She sold the house rapidly and for a good price.. I could have NEVER done it without her,.
She is beyond honest , and loyal and truly commits to her clients .
I have bought and sold many many homes, I won't buy or sell another without Kim Rice !!
