Kim went above and beyond when helping me find my new home. As I was a first time buyer, she put my mind at ease and explained every part of the process. She learned what I was looking for in a home and, since I was unable to vigilantly check my phone, she scheduled viewings for places she thought I would like as soon as they were listed. With the demands for houses as crazy at it is, she emphasized with me when homes would fly off the market. When we finally discovered the right home for me, she accompanied me through the home inspection, the final walkthrough, and my closing. Kim will get to know your taste, call whoever she has to in order to make it happen, and be there through the turmoil of home buying. I'm so thankful to have had Kim as my realtor.
