Kim received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona. Her ties to Arizona only grew once she received her Master's from the University of Phoenix while living in Annapolis, MD as her husband was stationed there. Kim started her real estate career in California where she built her foundation and found her love for advocating for buyers and sellers. As a military family, they moved their family to Florida and has been assisting her clients make great real estate decisions on the Gulf Coast. Practicing real estate in California and Florida gives Kim the ability to provide the best service to her clients from coast to coast. Kim prides herself with going above and beyond with each and every client. Thanks to her persistence, go-get-it attitude, and experience she is able to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. Kim has numerous years of experience working with clients from all walks of life. She is passionate about helping people achieve the dream of homeownership. If she's not working, you can find her at the local ball fields with her 3 children. As a military spouse of over 13 years, she knows that the resilience of a military spouse is incomparable. Not only is she extremely involved in her husband's duty stations, but she also understands military time frames, frequent challenges during a primary change of station (PCS), and all the chaos that ensues from moving frequently across the world. During a PCS, Kim has knowledge in converting primary residence into rental properties.
