Kim was amazing, she really did it all: she took me on many house tours until I found the house I was looking for, she helped me figure out what makes the most sense in terms of the market, and then she very thoroughly guided me through all the steps until closing. Highly recommend working with Kim. She is very experienced and knowledgeable, works very hard to get the right outcome for a buyer, and is a strong, helpful, and positive presence.

Kim is awesome. She helped me sell my Pennsauken property in such a short period of time as well as assisted me in finding my condo in my new location. She had such interest in accommodating my needs and wants throughout my whole experience as I was nervous and did not know what to expect in this new adventure. Kim held it down and did her due diligence making everything smooth and easy.

Kim is literally the best realtor I've ever worked with!!! Because of her I have my personal home today, even though I almost blew it for not listening to her advice. I basically bid to low compared to other buyers. And was basically not even brought to the table. She saw how much I wanted the home and fought hard and someway somehow we got put on the table while being behind 5 other people. And all this while not even saying one "I told you so". Basically she didn't rub in my face the fact that I didn't listen to her while putting in the offer. But she told me, hey I know how much you want this thing, and its a long shot but ill keep trying. And thats what she did. And thats what we got. We won the fight and all because of her!!!! She doesn't disappoint by any means!!!
