As a Colorado Native, Kim was recruited to play basketball at Rice University where she played for four years and coached for one year. Colorado called her home by offering her a coaching job at CU Boulder under Hall of Fame Coach, Ceal Barry. Kim earned her MBA while coaching at CU Boulder and shortly after began her real estate career due to her love of architecture and design. As a Colorado native residing in the area for over 40 years, Kim possesses in-depth knowledge of Boulder County and the surrounding areas. She often relocates employees for Google and Medtronic.

She is the founder of a non-profit organization that helps local girls obtain college basketball scholarships, sending over 300 kids to college while also selling houses full time. In her spare time, Kim takes in the beauty of Colorado through golfing, running, skiing and wake surfing.
