Kim is a great realtor. We should know - this is the 7th house my wife and I have bought and my wife works with realtors, so we have some experience. Kim is very responsive, and did a fantastic job of staying on top of all the steps and paperwork it took to move the process to close. And she is a very nice, easy person to work with. I am happy to recommend her!

My husband and I love working with Kim Train. She is definitely the expert in Graeagle, Blairsden, Tahoe and surrounding areas. She is kind and knowledgeable. I feel like she works around the clock to make good things happen.

We initially picked her out of thin air when another agent stepped down due to unfamiliarity with the area. How lucky did we get!

As we searched in Blairsden, South Lake Tahoe and finally landed in Graeagle, she was there all the way.

I have taken real estate classes, managed properties and owned several residences. Kim is the best!
