I was a very naive and afraid individual who was tired of renting yet putting off taking that bold step to owning my own home. This was the state in which I met Kim. She encouraged me, she was very patient, she answered all my questions. I could call her as many times as I had questions. Finding a home in my price range was not easy but she was very committed to finding me a good one... sometimes I just wanted to settle, but she would encourage me to look further, eventually we did find just what was perfect for me.. great location, well kept at a great price offer... I would recommend Kim to anyone who wants to work with someone who does not work just for the money, but puts your interests first... she is just great!
