I'm Kimberly Vollmer Smith, a proud REALTOR with Weichert, Realtors – Hallmark Properties, and so much more than a real estate professional. At the heart of everything I do is my role as a devoted mom, a lifelong nature lover, and an enthusiastic pet parent. My passion for helping others has shaped both my career and personal life in deeply meaningful ways.

Before entering real estate, I spent years working in the nonprofit sector, championing causes close to my heart—domestic violence prevention, trauma-informed care, and gender-responsive programming. One of my most treasured experiences was mentoring at-promise teenage girls, helping them discover their inner strength and pursue their dreams. This work helped me cultivate the ability to build authentic, lasting relationships—skills I now bring to every real estate journey.

My customers often describe me as calm, empathetic, and a thoughtful listener. I believe the home buying or selling process should feel personal, guided by trust, and rooted in compassion. I take pride in helping people find not just houses, but places that feel like home—spaces where real life can beautifully unfold.

I live in the heart of Ocala, Florida, with my wonderful husband (a dedicated local school bus mechanic), our spirited daughter, and a lively assortment of animals. Our home is shared with our dogs, Molly and Loki; three charismatic cats—Mama Cat, Jalapeño, and Whisper; and a cheerful flock of chickens. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll likely find me in the garden or out enjoying Florida’s natural beauty.

After calling North Central Florida home for 20 years since relocating from Maryland, I’ve developed deep roots in the region—especially in the Southeast Ocala area, where I now reside. I proudly co-lead a Girl Scout troop and volunteer regularly with the Ocala/Marion County Association of Realtors, staying involved in the community that means so much to me.
