A few years ago, we were looking for a condo near St. Charles Community College and decided to stop at a local real estate office to get some information. Kim happened to be the agent on duty. She is a very pleasant lady, and her enthusiasm, and knowledge of the area made her the logical choice on who to use. Ultimately she helped us find a property that was perfect for our needs. We closed on time without any drama.

Recently, when the time came to sell, Kim was our first call. Her market knowledge proved valuable in development of our listing strategy. She listed it on Friday, did not allow any showings until an open house on Sunday, and we had 3 solid offers as a result. Later that same evening we were under contract for full price with closing that was convenient to us.

We had two really solid experiences with Kim, and if we were to return to the area, she'd be our realtor.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed working with Kim with finding our new home. Moving back from out of state was a lot of headache, but Kim did a ton of pre-work to help us utilize the most of our short window for home shopping. She also provided a great deal of what the local amenities were for the surrounding areas. I would absolutely recommend her when looking for a home, based upon her professionalism, knowledge, and customer service.
