After moving to Sarasota from Indianapolis my work ended up in Bradenton so I needed to find a new place to live. After having rented previously I decided, with the help of Kimberly, to purchase a home. My credit was excellent but my income filing changed between W2 and 1099 causing problems in meeting the requirements to obtain a VA mortgage. Not only did she find the perfect home she was also able to direct me to a mortgage professional that was able to secure a mortgage at the lowest rate offered at the time. Kimberly's knowledge of the Bradenton, Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch real estate markets from values, locations, amenities, and schools are beyond reproach and I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

After years of seasonal renting, my wife Judy and I decided to purchase a home in Bradenton. We had very specific parameters with regard to cost, location, house type, size, HOA fees, water view, pool, screened lanai and a couple of others! Kimberly showed us several homes that met our requirements, but we preferred to find a turnkey house, and most of them were not, so we decided to keep looking. Kimberly found the perfect home for us that had everything we wanted (including price), and we are thrilled with our purchase! Since then, we have referred three sets of friends, and she has found each of them their perfect home as well. Kimberly has a vast knowledge of real estate and life in the entire Gulf Coast area, but particularly in Bradenton/Sarasota and the surrounding areas. She is the ultimate professional and she takes her work very seriously. We highly recommend her, and we will continue to refer prospective clients to her (and no, we don't get a "finders' fee", we just think she's the best realtor around!)
