In addition to cooperative and condominium sales, Kinnaird served as director of townhouse sales, providing her clients with detailed market knowledge. Fenwick Keats Real Estate, a privately-owned boutique firm in Manhattan, recruited Kinnaird in 2011 to join their management team.
