Kinnette comes from a management background, with a BS in Aviation Management. A customer service mindset makes client satisfaction of highest importance, with a passion for making sure all clients get the knowledge and information needed to make educated decisions throughout the process. A proactive and persistent approach with all parties to the transaction gets the desired results while creating a smooth process for the client. Well-rounded industry knowledge comes from years of experience working directly with a high-end builder, 100% success rate with short sales, and a willingness to continue to learn and grow as a professional.

Transplanted to Minneapolis from the West Coast, Kinnette has raised two children, and welcomed her first grandchild. Currently residing in Andover, she is an active member of Eagle Brook Church, volunteers to serve in the kid’s ministries, and is an avid volleyball player.
