Kip is highly recommended. Very professional and makes you feel like you are his only client. He worked very hard to get our house sold and never gave up even when problems came up that we’re out of his control. Will definitely be using Kip when we buy our forever home in the near future! 5 stars is not enough!

This review will serve as my very high letter of recommendation for Real Estate Agent Kip Rooks. He assisted my wife and me with the purchase of our first home in Columbus Ohio in 2021. I have worked with other real estate brokers and agents on occasions and I can say with confidence that Kip is the best agent/ broker I have ever used.

Kip has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective Agent. I can’t say enough about him and his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase was a transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Kip normally handles but he treated my wife and me with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. One of the qualities I respected the most was his no- nonsense style. He gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. He does a great job of listening to his client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. He does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night emails after midnight. He shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in him. Our transaction went smoothly and we was able to close in time. We had a small issue on a appraisal following the original one due to the home. He followed up many times with us until the issues was resolved.

As mentioned above, he represented us on the purchase side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use him as my listing agent if I were selling a property. He is very smart and transactions can sometime become very complex. I have the highest level of confidence in him and feel he would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future transactions, I will only have Kip represent myself and any friends/relatives with home purchasing needs.
