Kippe has been more than a relator, she has become a friend.
Her caring and dedication for finding me the right home was challenging because I wanted what I wanted. Kippe kept searching for my dream home and never once gave up on me! That is true dedication to her clients.
She also negotiated a fair value for the property, making sure that I was not going to pay for more than I needed to.
Kippe was always addressing my question via text or emails at all hours of the day and night. She was always available to assist me when I need her.
Kippe assisted me with making all the necessary appointments to assure I closed on time. If any issues needed to be addressed, she took the liberty to handle it herself. I depended on her a lot because I am living in another state that caused commute challenges for me.
I highly recommend Kippe for being your relator because of her dedication and knowledge base.
