Kirk was our real estate agent when were shopping for our condo in North Myrtle Beach. Their agency was recommended to us by a friend. The process took well over a year and Kirk was very patient with us and the whole process assuring us that it sometimes takes a while. I met Kirk through his Mother Tommie Nobles who has helped many of my family members buy real estate in the North Myrtle Beach area. My fiance and I moved from California to North Myrtle Beach in 2009 and when we were ready to start looking for our first home, we were referred to Kirk. I will only go to Kirk from now on. He was the best real estate agent. He was also like a friend and even a counselor at times. Buying a home, especially your first home, can be an emotional roller coaster and Kirk spent many hours working with us and was on call 24/7. Kirk's impeccable work ethics exceeded my expectations. His attitude and personality was the best and he was absolutely brilliant at explaining everything to me and finding us the best deals. He even helped us find the lawyer, a different bank to get our loan at, and walked us through every step. I would highly recommend Kirk Nobles to anyone. Even though we didn't have a real big budget, he still treated us with excellent customer services. I don't think it matters what you are trying to buy, Kirk has a way of giving every customer 200%! like I said, I'll only work with Kirk in the future from now on!

i found kirk because one of his associates had recommended him. this was after i had already started looking for a house with a woman from a competing company. shortly after talking with kirk, i realized that i was clearly with the right realtor. not only was he thorough, but he seemed completely interested in getting me the best deal. he also wasn't shy about properties that weren't right for me. i'll unapologetically say that realtors are a group similar to lawyers: most of them are scumbags, but when you find one on your side, you need to hang on to them. kirk is that kind of guy.
