My husband and I live in Oregon but wanted to buy a 2nd-home (condo) in Boise. We couldn't have found a more perfect realtor than Kirsten Carlson for this out-of-state task!! We weren't able to come to Boise until the day we closed escrow, so we needed someone really good and someone we could totally trust as our Boise agent. Kirsten proactively tracked daily listings in the hot market, and when she saw one she thought might work, she talked to us right away, got the "scoop" from the listing agent, sent us photos, told us about the neighborhood, etc.

Kirsten is very detailed oriented, a good communicator, and someone who really knows the Boise market. She is diligent and caring, and our purchase went off without a hitch. We are positive that we could not have made this successful and smooth purchase with anyone else. She is the best!

Kristen is AMAZING! We met her in the summer as she was a host for the Air BnB we rented. We fell in love with Boise during our stay and decided to invest in Boise. We had multiple transactions with Kirsten and highly recommend her. She is very detailed, excellent negotiator, and cares about every detail. She is now managing our places. I highly recommend Kristen.

Kirsten Carlson treats every home purchase as if it her own home. With her background in home construction, development, renovation and interior design, she truly is a one stop shop. She has been instrumental in the sale and purchase of several of our homes and land and has extensive knowledge of the trends and market in her area. Plus, getting to spend time with her while house hunting is such a treat. There is no other realtor for me and I have had the pleasure of referring her to several other satisfied home buyers.
