Working with Kirsten to sell our home was a pleasure! We were very impressed with her services. If you’re looking for someone who does their research and gives you expert advice to get you where you want, then Kirsten is your person. However, if you’re looking for someone who will go along with whatever you say, then she is not the one. Kirsten has the experience and knowledge to tell you what you need without being pushy if you don’t want to go that route. She is professional and works with your schedule. We were chatting with her throughout the day and even had some late nights just because it worked better for our schedule. I loved that she was hands on and that we were working directly with her. She made sure we were comfortable with everything that was happening. Kirsten also has reliable people to help with repairs, cleaning, painting, and staging so you don’t have to find them on your own. Our home was set up beautifully in preparation for the sell. We were happy not only with the end result but the whole process. I highly recommend Kirsten if you want to sell your home!

Kirsten was the absolute best! She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and a true expert when it came to selling our home. She handled all negotiations and even helped sending contractor info over for the items found to fix during our inspections. I would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend Kirsten Conover as a simply wonderful realtor!

After my mother's passing, Kirsten stepped in and helped with every stage of selling her home for the estate. My mother's home was on a large lot. Kirsten first helped with splitting the lot into two parcels. She delt with septic, surveying. and the city government to create a new 1/2 acre lot. At the same time Kirsten had great contractors who helped with repairs, upgrades, and the staging of mom's house now on a separate lot. (This simple paragraph represents months of work and endless phone calls to get everything ready to list.)

Then came listing and selling. Again Kirsten did an outstanding job. The lot sold quickly with multiple offers. My mom's home also had multiple offers, and ended selling 80 thousand dollars over the listed price.

We spent eight harrowing weeks shopping for a new house post-lock down in the hottest Atlanta housing market ever recorded. Houses were selling within a day for 2X asking and there was very little inventory to choose from. Enter Kirsten Conover, a consummate professional with an index-like knowledge of the Atlanta metro area, who allowed us to get to know the market by seeing all the properties I asked her to show us. Kirsten worked with us on our first house-selling experience recently. She was very honest when dealing with the changing market. However, she was very confident in knowing what updates we needed to make to get the most out of the asking price.

We know we weren't the easiest seller, as we eventually had to move cross-country before the house would be listed. She was extremely helpful in that regard and very communicative during the process.

I highly recommend reaching out to Kirsten if you are considering selling your house, even as the market turns. She can be quite direct about things, but you can trust that she has your best interests and will still work with you if you can't cover all the critical updates.

Kirsten found me in the for sale by owner section of zillow. I was aware already zillow is an agent lead tool and probably would not see many leads come to me from there which proved correct. However I did have the opportunity to interview hundreds of agents. All had the belief they were the best and all pretty much the same sales tactic. I have flipped 100's of homes over the years and had never tried staging. When Kirsten showed up on my doorstep with the knowledge and experience of what a staged home would do for me. And telling me she would have multiple offers and my home sold the open house weekend I was a little skeptical but hopeful. She also did not approach me about being overpriced and ended up listing almost 30K over an appraisal I had 2 months earlier. And sold the home all cash no appraisal 51K over my appraisal the weekend of the open house. So here I am Loving the experience. Good Job Kirsten!

We had an extremely positive experience working with Kirsten to find a new home in Atlanta. My wife and I hit it off with her immediately and were very comfortable communicating with her about what we were looking for in a home and neighborhood.

Kirsten is VERY knowledgeable about the overall Atlanta home market and the personality of various neighborhoods. She is super efficient and we were able to visit over a dozen and a half properties (that we had previewed online and selected) in the three days in town. If she did not have an answer for the few odd questions I had here and there, she was able to find it and get back to us very quickly. With her help, we closed on our new home despite last minute changes to our schedule due to an unforeseen weather event in our home state.

Kirsten seems to have no limit to her knowledge, expertise and energy. It was pleasure working with her, and we very highly recommend Kirsten for buying a new home in Atlanta.

Kirsten is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. I recommend her unequivocally as a buyer's or seller's agent.

Long review:

When I decided to move from San Diego to Atlanta Kirsten was willing to work with me even though I was long-distance. She quickly found a place in a great neighborhood with a top-notch school district. The purchase went smoothly with Kirsten handling every step in a way that only a seasoned professional can.

Fast forward 5 years and it's time to sell the home. It has been a rental for the last several years and I live back in San Diego. The home is in bad shape and desperately needs a master bath remodel and a lot of additional work. This is where Kirsten really shines. She has a really good team around her of inspectors, contractors, HVAC repair guys, finance people, interior designers, etc. We took on a 3-month remodel. Kirsten became the defacto superintendent because I could not be there to manage all the contractors. She even went so far as to bring in her own potted plants before the open house. I've never seen this level of dedication from a realtor. I think anybody else would have walked. There were so many obstacles to overcome. By the time everything was done the house was in beautiful shape and expertly staged. We accepted the first offer which was full asking price. This was 50K more than I had originally listed at prior to the remodel. Kirsten hit it out of the park!

We moved four times in the past four years. I can honestly say that Kirsten is the best person we worked with during all of our moves. She listens, responds quickly and offers incredible advice. She got us into a great rental when we had literally hours to make a decision, and found us a wonderful house when we decided to purchase. We had our Buckhead house listed with another agent and it didn't sell and didn't sell. We live out of state now and were concerned that that could have complicated things, but Kirsten made it a non-issue, meeting inspectors, etc at the house when necessary, so after listing we never had to make a trip back to Atlanta. Her recommendations for replacing some dated lighting and plumbing fixtures were great and I'm sure contributed to the sale. We definitely recommend Kirsten!!

Kirsten stepped in to save the day for us. We had listed our rental property in an upscale neighborhood last year but, despite over 50 showings, couldn't sell it.
