I’m so glad I stumbled on Kirsten’s page when my husband and I were beginning to look for a house. Kirsten had her work cut out with us as we were moving from out of state and were looking for horse property. She would even scout out properties for us to see if it was even worth us seeing as we would have limited time when we were in town. Our best interest was always her priority and she was very thorough in getting any information we needed. Can’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for an organized, thorough, and patient realtor.

Kirsten has walked us through the sale of 2 homes and 1 purchase. After she sold our first house in less than a week, the housing market was scarce and she found us a house that was not even on the market so we would have a place to live! The second time we sold, she listed our home and it sold in just a few days with multiple offers and $35k OVER list price. She and her team kept us on track through all of the tasks that have to be completed, gave referrals for contractors, and reached out to anyone necessary when paperwork was held up by the boro.

It has truly been a pleasure working with Kirsten. We have greatly appreciated Kirsten's professionalism, calm demeanor, and candid nature during the emotional rollercoaster that is selling/buying a house, and moving. We highly recommend her and are so thankful our paths crossed.

I met Kirsten years ago when I was interested in buying a lake front property and since then my home buying interest changed so many times, it could make anyone’s head spin - thankfully she was flexible and just rolled with the punches with every change and was quick to adjust to my needs. Finally, when I decided on a home, she was with me every step of the way and also was willing to work during her wedding week and weekend, which I was strongly against, but that just says a lot about her character and willingness to help her clients! I did have some bumps in the road during the home buying process, which just come with the territory, however Kirsten gave her time, took my many phone calls to talk me through my concerns and overall provided me with the much needed ear and support throughout. Thanks Kirsten!

My wife and I decided recently to move from the suburbs in South Jersey to a rural property somewhere in the state,

We contacted Kirsten about available properties and she provided detail information.

After several different properties we settled on a nice property in Southern Hunterdon County with a very nice house and several corrals and fenced pastures.

Throughout the process Kirsten was a tremendous resource in all aspects of purchasing a rural property .

Kirsten was assertive with the seller and the sellers agent when necessary although always professional.

While our dream house was on a rural property we would recommend Kirsten for any type of purchase.

NOT THIS TIME !!!  I had the good fortune to work with Kirsten Oravec from HomeSmart First Advantage Realty.  She was recommended by a friend.  I will keep them as a friend now.

Not only did Kirsten make selling our house such an easy process she did the same with when we bought a new one. We tasked Kristen with essentially finding us a needle in a haystack. We needed to live in one town and that town is about two miles long with not that many houses. While it took us almost a year to find our new house, Kirsten was constantly available, finding us houses, and kept the experience positive. She is super knowledgeable about what to do in this tough market to win your home. We were up against multiple offers with the house we ended up with and it was due to her guidance and expertise that I am sure got it for us. She is truly the greatest realtor that I have had the pleasure to work with. If you want a realtor who can find and/or sell you a home in this tough market you need Kirsten.
