Kishia is an amazing person let alone realtor!! Kishia guided us through almost a year of my wife's hunt for our first and forever home. Every step of the way she was there not only to answer our questions but also prepare us for our next steps. Kishia is the best! We've turned to her not only for help purchasing our apartment but also for help finding tenants once we moved out of the city. These tenants have renewed their lease 3x so far and they've been so nice and hassle-free! She always looks out for your best interests and even when the odds may seem stacked up against you she still finds a way to pull it off and get the deal done! Kishia Marte, Is a wonderful agent! She takes the time to look for real-estate property or rentals that best fit your needs. She looks out for the cost, quality and location for her customers. During my search for a rental property, she was able to help me explorer diff locations according to my budget and style. She is patient and an overall pleasant person to work with. Kisha has been my go-to for real estate brokering for the past 12 years. She helped me get my first and second apartment, as well as to sell my first coop and then buy my first condo. Kisha is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and well-connected. She is also part therapist, as she helped me especially deal with the pragmatic anxieties of trying to sell an HDFC coop while hoping to close a purchase of the condo. All of her referrals to support these processes have been stellar (*especially* the real estate attorney), and she never made me feel stupid with the many many questions I asked her. If you want a real estate broker who will be 100% in your corner, then Kisha is that broker. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

This was my first real estate purchase--a one bed in brooklyn--and I'm so happy that I chose to work with Kishia. Her calm, thoughtful, gracious presence on almost all of my apt visits was a huge help to me. She asked all the questions that I, as a first time buyer, would never even have thought of. We had a thorough debrief after each one. She could sense when I was talking myself into something that I wasn't overwhelmingly happy with, and would alway caution me that I will "know it when I see it," that I would get a certain feeling. I began to think that in my relatively tight budget, I would never find anything even close to rivaling my current rental in terms of beauty and light. But she was right. After looking at about 30 apts in a short period of time (during the peak of covid) we saw a co-op sponsor unit that not only ticked all my boxes for the apt itself, it was also in the exact location that I had hoped for. We went into contract very quickly and though the process was arduous with my getting the loan due to my being a freelancer and the amount of sponsor units in the co-op, she never waivered in her confidence that I would prevail. Which I did this week!
The process with the sponsor was also challenging and she always held my ground with them. Extremely responsive to all my texts and calls throughout our 4-5 month process, kind and wise, you will be incredibly grateful if you choose to go with Kishia. Bonus points: I'm an avid cyclist and with covid raging, I didnt want to take the subway nor did i want her to. At my prompting, she got her brother's road bike and together we cycled to all our appointments! Making it  super fun--I always looked forward to my apt search with Kishia. So highly recommend her!
