Kit and Debbie provided us with red carpet service. They were upfront, honest, highly efficient, and thoroughly prepared us for the 2022 real estate market. They truly listened to our needs and gave us listings that fit what we were looking for. Every moment spent with them was productive. We are beyond thrilled with our wonderful new home. Kit and Debbie went above and beyond and we are grateful for their expertise, clear communication, and kind words. 5 stars isn't enough!

Kit and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with to find a new home. Kit, Debbie, and team were extremely responsive and made the entire process very easy for us, even in a competitive market. Some of the highlights of our experience:

1. They worked with us to truly understand our price point and helped us locate properties that would fit both our budget and our housing needs.

2. Prior to showing us houses, they took the time to research each property, drive by and ensure that THEY were happy with what they were seeing, and helped filter out properties that had issues that weren't evident from the listing. We didn't waste any time on properties that wouldn't work!

3. Once we had a good property identified, they helped us structure the offer to win. This was huge - competing against 40-50 other bids and successfully winning with our first offer because we got it right was truly amazing.

4. Closing - The entire team had all of their parts completed, all issues resolved, and the actual closing felt like we just stopped by to pick up the keys. It could not have been easier!

What a great experience and we will recommend Kit, Debbie, and the whole team to any of our friends, family, and co-workers.

You really can't do better than the Kit Anstey team!
