About Kit

Born and raised in the Magic Valley, Kit grew up on a rural farm outside of Paul. As a child, he grew up helping out his folks on the farm and learned the importance of real property. After high school, he attended the College of Southern Idaho and the University of Montana-Western where he participated on the rodeo team. After college, he came home to marry the love of his life, Kallie Carney. He took a job in the industrial world selling equipment to the local factories. Kallie began her career as a realtor after serving 8 years in the building industry. After a couple years of shadowing how well Kallie was doing, he began noticing the possibilities in the real estate world. He left his job as a salesperson and began an amazing partnership with his wife. As a team, they get to share their common goals that drive their family's future. They have one boy (Paul) and one girl (Kennedy).
