About Kit
I am a Northeast Ohio real estate professional with RE/MAX Transitions, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across both the west side and east side of the Cleveland area. While I am based on the west side, I grew up on the east side and later moved west, giving me firsthand knowledge of the neighborhoods, price points, and market dynamics throughout Northeast Ohio. My team is intentionally spread across the region, allowing us to serve clients more effectively with local insight, responsiveness, and boots on the ground where it matters most.
With over 15 years of experience in residential sales, listings, and real estate investing, I bring a results driven yet personal approach to every transaction. For six consecutive years, I personally closed more than 10 million dollars in real estate sales annually. For more than a decade, I was a realtor and coach for one of the number one real estate team in the state of Ohio, and the year I transitioned, our team as a whole sold over 350 million in volume. While much of that production does not reflect under individual numbers due to the team structure, the experience, systems, negotiation skills, and high level market exposure absolutely do.
Today, as a team leader within a smaller boutique style office, I am able to offer a more focused, client first experience. One of my greatest skill sets is building strong financial strategies for my clients, including connecting them with lenders and financial partners who can often save buyers and sellers thousands of dollars. Although I operate within a smaller office, I have a vast network of buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, and industry professionals, which allows me to bring big market leverage, creative solutions, and strong opportunities to every deal.
Clients appreciate that I listen closely, communicate clearly, and stay personally involved from start to finish. I intentionally work with a smaller group of clients so each transaction receives direct attention, thoughtful strategy, and consistent follow up.
I also offer access to the Revive program, which allows sellers to make strategic home improvements and updates before listing, without upfront costs. This helps homes show better, sell faster, and often net more at closing, without added financial stress.
