Kitty started working in Real Estate in December of 2002 when she joined Werner Properties. Kitty has listed and sold over $15,000,000.00 in properties and represented buyers for another $15,000,000.00 in sales over a two-year period. Kitty has experience in unique properties, condominiums, and residential homes. Her expertise with the internet and computers helped her advance beyond the proficiency of long-term realtors. Kitty was born in Oakland and raised in the Walnut Creek area. She has lived in the Central Valley for over thirty years.
Kitty joined People & Properties Sotheby's International Realty in August of 2010. She chose Sotheby's for its reach and because she felt that they valley has yet to be discovered especially when people think of places to live in the world. Kitty thinks that her area is one of the most beautiful and fertile valleys that includes a wonderful climate, and she would like to be instrumental in bringing to attention on a world-wide basis the Central Valley's value and opportunities.
Together with her husband, she was a successful small business owner for over thirty years in the food industry serving such notables as: President Bill Clinton, President George W.
