The snow is melting and the sun is shining, its a good time of year to give Kitty Wallace a call.

i got a bit ahead of the spring search this year and found a wonderful investment property that Kitty negotiated a price (fair to all parties) and all of the details surrounding owner financing, which i had never done before.

I expected it to be a "nail bitter", but Kitty kept us informed and pushed us over the finish line, even after falling on some ice and breaking her wrist. She still showed up promptly for every meeting set, and took all of our "Nervous Nelly" phone calls and text messages. (one handed)
