Kodiak Malmstrom

Owner and Operator Kodiak specializes in the sale/purchasing of investment
properties (RV Parks, Motel/Hotel, Condominium), veterinary/medical,
industrial, multi-family and retail properties. He is skilled in the areas
of site selection, financial analysis, transaction negotiations, 1031
exchange, and he works with a wide variety of clients from around the
world. As an entrepreneur and former educator he is able to connect with
clients, provide opportunities, and make visions a reality.

Kodiak is married to his amazing wife Jaime and he has a handsome young
lad named Kota Lee. He has too many animals to list as his wife is a
local veterinarian at East Bend Animal Hospital. In his spare time he
loves to hunt/fish, golf, hike, and camp.
