Konstantin is proof that the American Dream is alive and well. He has the classic immigrant story, landing in this country (in the greatest city on earth, NYC) without knowing a lick of English and working my way up. Konstantin worked at a gas station at age 10, cleaning car windows for 25 cents a car, delivered newspapers, and spent his formative years working at McDonald's. He put himself through school at night and earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance. During my free time, Konstantin taught himself mechanics (motorcycles and cars), music (mixing, DJing, and producing his own tracks), and how to build computers from scratch.
Putting his degree to work and utilizing his customer service skills, Konstantin has had the privilege of working in a variety of fields and organizations, ranging from copy editing to customer service to team management, and even in support of education. Whether leading teams, managing properties, or doing collections, all his roles had two things in common; they required extraordinary attention to detail and client relations. As a regional property manager, Konstantin was in charge of 45 buildings and 40 staff members; his job was a 24/7 operation. Konstantin was a mentor, referee, front desk receptionist, and maintenance tech. He provided emotional support to all the people he managed, in addition to the very demanding and often disgruntled tenants.
Somewhere along the way, Konstantin met a fantastic person who makes me happy and has always supported and believed in him and everything he wanted to do. She hopped on the back of his motorcycle for our first date, and the rest is history. Together they traveled to the tops of volcanoes and deep into the caverns of the earth until they finally settled down in Florida. When making the big move, Konstantin spent an immense amount of time learning about all the different areas of Florida. When they finally moved down here, it felt only natural to put his research to work; that is how he became a real estate agent.
It would be Konstantin’s pleasure to help you find your dream (home, rental, or investment) property. Please feel free to reach out, and discuss your hopes so that you too can one day be living the dream.
