Konstantina is the best realtor!! We have recommended her to countless friends and family! We have purchased several different houses with her now. She is extremely knowledgeable in every area of buying and selling! She has a background in law which made us feel very secure trusting her with all the legal things that come with buying and selling property. When we didn’t understand certain things she took lots of time to explain fully.
It seems like everyone in San Diego knows her, when we talk about her they all mention what a hard worker she is and we agree!! I know in the few years we have known her she has won several awards for all her work! She’s also just a super warm friendly person to be around and interact with.
She’s always easy to get ahold of and prompt with answering any of our questions or needs!
Not only does she help her clients, but she also helps other realtors!! We have a neighbor who is a realtor.. when she saw that Kons was selling our house she told us that when she was getting started in real estate she didn’t understand how to do a certain thing on a house she was selling and even though she didn’t personally know Konstantina.. she reached out to her for help and Konstantina graciously walked her through all of it even though it didn’t personally benefit Kons at all. Besides being handed our keys to our new home, Konstantina was our favorite part about buying our first home. She made the grueling process of buying a home easy and she had her work cut out for her. Trying to buy a home during covid was rough, but she was always on top of sending the documents needed to be signed, walk throughs, and everything else needed to be done. She always replied in a timely manner and even went the extra mile when she went out of town and we had a small glitch of forgetting to sign something (on our end). I was referred to Konstantina via my lender at Guild mortgage. I worked with a different realtor in the past and did not have a great experience for the purchase of my first home. However, working with Konstantina during the sale of my condo in the middle of this pandemic was incredible. She is so attentive and respectful. I never felt pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with, which is so important when making a decision that could cost hundreds of thousands of dollars! Another thing I like about Konstantina is how she answers my questions quickly and without judgment or impatience. This entire process was NOOOOOOT what I was expecting; I say this in nothing but the BESTEST ways! I’ve heard the horror stories of many when it comes to purchasing a home; I mentally prepared for a long and exhausting process. Yeah. No. Not here!

From the initial setting up viewings of homes, to finding the one, and the final stretch of home purchasing, it was easier than pressing the EASY button at Staples. No joke. Viewing, placing the offer, and getting keys - ALL IN THE SAME MONTH - Konstantina made it happen! While the world was hoarding toilet paper and hand sanitizer, she found me a home within my budget and best of all, it had everything on my list, and then some! I think the hardest part of all this was me trying not to nervously barf as closing day got closer and closer!

Any questions I had (there were PLENTY), any concerns, or any extreme hypothetical alien situations - she has answers from experience. You definitely want that trust and confidence from your agent, and more so if you’re like me, a grown version of a 3 year old that likes to have “why, why, why?” parties. Konstantina is the type of person you want on your team, with your best interest as her top priority. Easy peasy, I couldn’t have asked for someone more organized, thoughtful, and attentive. Forever thankful for all your help! Woo. Hoo.

I don’t know where to begin.. It started over 3 years ago when I was living in La Mesa and I met Konstantina at a showing. Well I fell in love with her spirit. She is Kind, Patient, and Loving!! She goes so far over what she is required to do. She has become our family. She helped us get into a house in Poway for a 3 year lease.
