Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Konstantinos was very professional as well as personable…my stress and anxiety was very high because I was living in NY and looking to buy in CT & I had a very specific criteria I was looking for. Konstantinos made sure I understood everything and took on all my stress and made me feel more calm through out the process as I was a first time home buyer. He is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house I wanted to see he moved fast as houses were flying off the market. He even video chat me so I can see a house hours after telling him I was interested. He negotiated and helped me to obtain the house I was looking for. He kept me in the loop the whole way & gave recommendations and did what was right for me. I highly recommend dealing with Konstantinos for your realtor , you won’t regret it.
