Koren Bowman

Koren U. Bowman is a respected leader in real estate whose journey began with humble roots in Newark, New Jersey. A graduate of Virginia State University with a degree in Economics and Finance, she is now the Founder and CEO of KU Real Estate Group of Keller Williams Premier, serving clients across the Triangle and Greater Charlotte regions of North Carolina.

In 2021, Koren made history as the first African American to become Owner and Operating Principal of Keller Williams Premier in the Carolinas region, and only the seventh nationwide to hold this distinction. With more than 15 years of experience, she ranks in the top 2% of her local market and is recognized for her expertise in both residential and commercial real estate. She holds several designations, including Certified Luxury Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist, and is a founding member of the Keller Williams Sports and Entertainment Division.

Koren is also a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She serves as both a National and Regional Social Equity Leader and Ambassador for Keller Williams, and in 2021 chaired the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors. She also authored the Diversity Alliance Pledge, a framework for advancing access, representation, and equity that has been adopted by associations across the state and country.

As an educator and business coach, Koren is dedicated to helping others grow and believes deeply in building wealth through homeownership. Alongside her husband, Pastor Marcus Bowman, she has built a multi-million-dollar real estate investment company with a mission to empower individuals and organizations with wealth-building opportunities.

Her commitment to community service is equally strong. She founded the Christ Saves Hearts Foundation, Inc., which raises awareness about heart health and provides scholarships for minority students and families in need. Through Bowman Ministries, she and her husband also serve their community and partner with organizations such as Citizen Schools, Boys and Girls Club, Urban Ministries, Junior Achievement, the American Heart Association, KW Cares, KW Kids Can, and the Woman Boss Foundation.

Above all, Koren is a devoted wife and mother of two, committed to building a life by design and leaving a lasting legacy of wealth, leadership, and faith for generations to come.
