Korin Haight

Korin moved to Denver in 1992 with her husband Toby Branch after they both completed their degrees at the University of Arizona in Tucson Arizona. They were ready for some cooler weather. They purchased their first home in West Highlands at 30th and Perry in 1993. They loved restoring an older home.

Korin became fascinated by the architecture in Denver and the revitalization of its historic neighborhoods. In 1996 she decided to get her real estate license, and she joined the well-respected firm of Perry and Butler. After working with Perry and Butler for one year she decided that it was time to take a risk and open her own firm. Korin opened her company in 1997 under the name "Haight Real Estate L.L.C." In 2005 she began using the name "Perfect Properties" for the company in order to gain a greater market share.

Korin has two children, Donovan & Conrad and they now make their home in the historic Park Hill Neighborhood. Korin specializes in working hard to find her clients exactly what they are looking for and she enjoys a challenge. Korin does not advertise and works primarily with referrals, although she is willing to interview perspective clients to see if you will work well together.

Korin has extensive experience in finding specific architectural styles. She has valuable knowledge of where specific styles can be found in Denver. Many of her clients are architects and designers. (Korin’s husband is an architect and owner of Branch Architecture Studio L.L.C.) Korin has a good eye for renovation and can look at home and make valuable suggestions concerning renovations and approximate cost. Because Korin has been in the business since 1996, she has gained valuable experience in negotiating purchases and sales. She strives to provide all of her clients with the wealth of knowledge that she has gained throughout the years. Korin views each of her clients as long-term relationships and many of her clients have worked with her many times over the years. Korin looks forward to adding you to her extensive list of clients.
