I would definitely recommend any and everyone I know to Koroll Haley. The first time you meet her she leaves you with the feeling that you're in very good hands and that no one is going to work harder for you than she is going to do. Koroll's knowledge is amazing, personality is addictive, she has an awesome team. Koroll works above and beyond for her clients, as well as being a true professional and I never worried about anything through the entire process because she makes you feel like no home is unobtainable and she has her clients best interest at heart. Koroll is ONE IN A MILLION in my book, and because of Koroll, my dream of being a home owner came true.

Koroll was extremely attentive to the very specific needs we were looking for in a property. She was incredibly knowledgable, willing to fight for us to get the best deal we could, and connected us to a lender, lawyer, and inspector who were all easy to work with and made the process seamless. Koroll was always making sure the process was moving along behind the scenes and was there all the way to closing with her great wit and humor to boot. I highly recommend working with this talented and experienced agent who is looking out for you!

Koroll is not only personable, down-to-earth and straight-forward, she managed to get an offer at asking price after having the house on the market a week. She cleaned and helped stage the house since we were on vacation. And when we found that we needed extra help to get out of our house on time she showed up to help with that too. With all of that said, Koroll’s value comes through in negotiation. I would have settled for 7k less without her contribution to the final accepted offer.
