After eleven years at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, advancing from auditor to division director, I responded to real estate's persistent call. This career change in 1986 remains one of my most profound decisions.

My experience extends far beyond traditional residential transactions to include land acquisition, investment properties, and new construction - areas typically not reflected in standard statistical measurements presented here.
