Kris Feldman

A native of Toledo, Ohio and a graduate of Ohio State University, Kris relocated to Washington DC 30+ years ago, bringing with her the mid-western attributes and instinctive personality traits that would eventually attract hundreds of buyers, sellers and industry recognition-a 24/7 professional energy paired with a 24/7 commitment to her clients. Kris joined the Potomac, office of Shannon & Luchs where she and Jane Fairweather teamed up to form the Fairweather Team. The pair moved to Coldwell Banker in Bethesda. While Jane became the public face of the team, Kris was recognized by her clients and throughout the Realtor industry as the "best known unknown Realtor" in Bethesda/Potomac. Throughout the 2000's Kris' team consistently ranked #1 or #2 in volume and dollars in Bethesda, and all of Montgomery county. And, they were perennially recognized in the top 2% of Realtors, Nationally. Kris has sold hundreds of millions of dollars of area homes representing both buyers and sellers. She is a tireless advocate and contributor to Alzheimer's and Scleraderma research. Kris lives with her husband, Bob, in Potomac, MD. They have two children and Tucker, a blonde cockapoo who spends most days burying treats in couches and beds.
