I contacted Kris after reviewing his multiple YouTube videos regarding moving to Memphis. I was contemplating moving after a healthcare organization reached out to me. I advised Kris on few days notice that I was coming to check out the area and he made himself available on a Saturday morning. He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and gave us a thorough orientation to Memphis and the surrounding area. He also showed us some beautiful houses and drove us around the city. Because he was raised in Memphis, he has a wealth of knowledge about the city. There was no way we could have done that by ourselves in one day. He spent hours with us! Kris is easy to work with, talk to, and just an all-around good guy. I should also note that he also set up a Zoom meeting prior to our arrival to get to know us and to plan the day. Alas, the job did not work out and I will not be moving, but I know that I will be back to visit Memphis because of Kris. I am certain that with Kris’ help, the home buying experience would have been flawless. Southern hospitality at it’s best! Thank you Kris!

When we first met Kris, he explained that his job is more service than sales. Every time we looked at property Kris would would look for any problems, that might effect us down the road.
