Kris has lived in the Bay Area since 1989 and Marin since 1993, although she is originally from the east coast. Kris and her husband started their family while living in Sausalito and moved to Ross in 1999. Having lived in both southern Marin and the Ross Valley, Kris thoroughly understands what makes this area such a special place for families. She wants clients to love their home, because she wants everybody to have as wonderful an experience living in Marin as she has had! Prior to becoming a realtor, Kris spent over ten years in the marketing and advertising world, and gained the skills, resources, and contacts to help clients both buy and sell property in the most efficient and stress-free manner possible.
Kris’s business philosophy is simple – she wants her clients to be happy and calm throughout their time working together. She will listen to her clients’ goals and needs, and together will figure out the best way to achieve them. Kris is upfront, honest, and most importantly, ready to listen. She primarily serves central Marin, although she has also sold property in San Francisco. Because she lives in Ross that is where the bulk of her business happens, but Kris has sold homes from Sausalito to Woodacre to northern Novato! Kris looks forward to working with you!
